Richard L. Day, Jr. - Vice President Richard Day holds a Marketing degree from Jacksonville University and a Masters in Management from Boston University, Brussels, Belgium. He has worked in sales and sales management in the medical devices, furniture and financial services industries. He also spent over a decade in Europe. He is also bilingual, speaking German. He spent five years with one of the world's largest credit insurers and the last five years as an independent broker helping companies in the Pacific Northwest region to increase their sales and mitigate their trade risks. He has served on the board of the World Trade Club-Seattle, the UW Friends of Germanics Dept. and a member of the World Trade Center-Tacoma. He has been active in the trade community speaking on the subject of trade risk mitigation and doing business with Germany. He has spoken for such diverse groups as the World Trade Center-Tacoma, Central Washington Univ. Export Certification Program, University of Washington, WSA, NACM, Seattle Trade Development Alliance, International Trade Alliance and many other trade groups. He has also written numerous articles about credit insurance for regional trade publications. Richard is licensed in Property and Casualty.
